This applies only when shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states. In order to provide free shipping, Wiggles and Spins will determine the best shipping method and carrier. Orders usually arrive between 3 - 7 days. If you need your order in one to two days, the shipping costs will be a flat rate of $20.00.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please measure your pet prior to purchase to ensure a proper fit. Be sure to view the Sizing Guide. Please notify Wiggles and Spins, via email, of any questions or concerns. It is our store policy to issue store credits only. We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, or is not in resalable condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Return your merchandise to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or store credit. Please note on the packing receipt the reason for the return.
